| Getting Access to Kramer Online Applications |
| Registering for Kramer Online Services |

In order to get access to Kramer online applications, including Document Review, Equipment Data, Equipment Manager, PartStore, and SOS Services you will have to register. You do not need to register if you would like to use the Build and Quote or Used Equipment online applications. To register, please click on the "REGISTER FOR ONLINE SERVICES" link at the top right area of the webpage. |

Once you are registered, you need to login get to the online applications by clicking on the "LOGIN" link at the top right area of the webpage. All Online Applications require you to LOGIN to access them with the exception of the Build and Quote and Used Equipment online applications. |

Once you are registered, you can view and change your profile information by clicking on the "MY PROFILE" link at the top right area of the webpage. If you are not logged in already, you be asked to login. All Online Applications require you to LOGIN to access them with the exception of the Build and Quote and Used Equipment online applications. |

 We are pleased to offer our customers an additional option for ordering parts. PartStore users can check a real-time look up of parts availability & delivery times, examine remanufactured & experienced (used) parts options, and review pricing, all before placing their orders on-line.Caterpillar's on-line parts books which are part of the Service Information System (SIS), are also included, to help ensure that the correct parts are chosen. For a fee the complete Service Information System (SIS) via the Web is available. In addition to complete Service Manuals you will also be provided with Special Instructions ,Service Magazines and other Service Information not available in printed Service Manuals alone. This information is reviewed on a daily basis to provide customers with updates as soon as possible. |

Equipment Data is part of a process that utilizes the Dealer StoreFront to help gather changes or additions and provide feedback to Kramer to assist them with providing their customer's parts orders and equipment maintenance. Equipment Data offers a subset of equipment information that is maintained by Kramer and/or the customer via Dealer StoreFront. |

There is a new way to manage your fleet. Equipment Manager provides valuable information about your fleet of equipment allowing you to manage your entire operation more efficiently. Depending on your information needs, Equipment Manager can help you: *Manage the location, security and basic usage of your assets *Schedule events like planned maintenance and major repairs *Address condition-based events such as diagnostic codes *Detect small problems before they may cause a major component failure *Increase machine availability *Identify operator training needs With Equipment Manager you have options to choose from in order to obtain the kind of information that best meets your fleet management needs, and the ability to change them at any time. This is a Scheduled Oil Sampling (SOS) Service. Using sophisticated analytical technology, experienced technicians perform testing on oil, coolant and fuel samples that have been taken at regularly scheduled intervals. Experts provide you with easy-to-understand, clear, concise and timely reports reflecting careful interpretations and recommendations. These reports are posted on the Dealer Store Front for Customers to review in a timely manner. We are also available to answer any questions as well as discuss report specifics.
