Experienced Parts
Kramer Experienced Parts offers a wide assortment of parts for Caterpillar® machines. Whether salvaged from the complete line of Caterpillar equipment or sourced from other qualified locations, experienced parts are carefully inspected. These used Caterpillar parts perform and conform to specifications.
Kramer sells the following types of experienced Caterpillar parts:
- Take-off – this part has been removed from the machine, cleaned and inspected. This used Caterpillar part is ready for installation
- Acceptable core – this part has been inspected and will either pass Caterpillar core criteria or it has a defect that allows it to be rebuilt
- Resealed and/or re-bearing – this part has been removed from a machine, stripped and inspected, with new seals and/or bearings installed as required
- Exchange – this genuine used Caterpillar part is fully reconditioned
- New Cat surplus – this part is genuine Caterpillar and is new, unused or new take-off. It may be a discontinued part number or excess stock
- Complete group – this part is a group or arrangement that is not available through our parts system
